Daytime Postpartum Support - $40/hr.
Daytime postpartum support provides practical, hands-on care to help make the transition after birth a little easier. Sessions are available for up to 4 hours at a time for 1-2 days a week and are tailored to each family’s needs.
Agreed-upon support may include light tidying, meal preparation, grocery pickup, lactation support, newborn care while mom showers or naps, staying with baby while mom runs errands or attends appointments, and other practical postpartum needs.
My goal is to provide an extra set of hands so mom has the time and support she needs to rest, recover, and adjust to life with her new baby.

Postpartum Doula Services
Overnight Postpartum Support - $45/hr.
Overnight postpartum support provides families with 8 hours of continuous nighttime care, allowing parents to get the additional rest they need during the early postpartum weeks.
Support is tailored to each family and may include newborn care throughout the night, assistance with nighttime feedings, bringing baby to mom for breastfeeding, bottle preparation and cleaning, diaper changes, soothing and settling baby back to sleep, lactation support, and guidance for establishing healthy, age-appropriate sleep routines.
My goal is to take some of the pressure off the nighttime hours so parents can rest, recover, and feel more supported and confident caring for their baby.
